Learning to Write - Penmanship
"Mike,
Not sure if I have the right contact, but I just wanted to let you know that, as an Elementary school teacher, I have been using your page with information on writing and other alphabet activities (First Grade Curriculum Resources) . It's been helpful...thank you for making it!
Here's another good page that I've bookmarked and have been suggesting to my kids:
Pick Up the Pen: Learning to Write
It's a great reference, covering handwriting skills, alphabet activities, printable worksheets and other lesson plans. I thought you and your visitors might find it useful. Hope you like it!
Have a great October!"
Thanks to Sarah Hanson

Drupal Teacher Accounts
Every teacher at Maywood Middle School now has a Teacher's Page in the new Maywood Drupal Website. Each teacher was sent their new Drupal username and password. Each teacher was sent basic instructions on how to use a Teacher Page: http://cuesiz.blogspot.com/2010/09/maywood-drupal-website-teacher-accounts_28.html
The new Maywood Middle School Website is now online at: http://maywoodcuesd.org/
Each teacher can edit their Teacher's Page, add links, cut and past text into the editor, add images and photographs, import files, etc. This new situation is a break through in terms of freeing teachers from the need to work with a IT Webmaster to get information online for their students, parents, or other teachers.
Speak to Mike Garofalo for more information.
