5th Grade Resources

Mrs. Linda Lucero, 5th Grade Teacher at Woodson Elementary School, provides a number of useful links for her students to classroom assignments and resources.

Mrs. Lucero also uses a blog to help her students. The title of her blog is Lucero's Kids.

With the help of the EETT competitive grant, Mrs. Lucero was able to get portable computers for classroom use in her classroom at Woodson school.

Ancient Civilizations - Online Resources

One our popular webpages for 6th grade students is Social Studies for 6th Grade Students: Ancient Civilizations. It covers Egypt, Rome, India, China, Greece and other ancient civilizations; as well as paleolithic hunting and gathering cultures.

It is a useful pathfinder for helping students studying online materials about Ancient Civilizations in a computer lab.
